Save To Ink (“we”, “us”, or “our”) is an open-source tool that converts web articles to EPUB and delivers them to e-readers. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we handle it.
1. What we collect

- URLs you explicitly submit. When you click the Save to In button, the URL of the current tab is sent to the Save to In API for processing. No other browsing data is collected.
- Authentication token. Stored locally in browser storage to keep you signed in. Never shared with third parties.
- Account information. Your email address, collected via Auth0 at sign-up.
- Delivery addresses. E-reader email addresses (e.g. your Kindle address) you configure in account settings, used solely to deliver EPUBs.
- Send history. A log of articles delivered to your e-reader, used to calculate sends quota, display your history and for debugging delivery issues.
CLI
- Nothing. The CLI reads a local config file and do not communicates with the Save to In API (or your self-hosted instance). No telemetry is collected.
